  • 3/4 cup diced cantaloupe
  • 3/4 cup diced strawberries
  • 1 cup plain kefir (nonfat or lowfat)
  • Optional: sweetener of choice, such as stevia, honey, agave

Instructions

  1. Place the first three ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Add any additional sweetener as desired.
