Ingredients

  • 1/2 of large English (hothouse) cucumber, chopped (I keep the peel on)
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1/2 cup apple juice or water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 3 to 4 fresh medium mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and process on high until smooth. Serve immediately.
