Avocado, Banana & Matcha Smoothie

Serves: 1 serving
- 1 medium banana (peeled, sliced and frozen)
- ½ medium Hass avocado, peeled and pitted
- ½ medium pear or apple, cut into large chunks
- ¾ cup chilled coconut milk beverage (in tetra pak, not canned coconut milk)
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- Optional: ½ teaspoon matcha (green tea powder)
- Optional: 1-2 packets stevia (to taste), or sweetener of choice
- Place all of the ingredient in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
